– All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

– Exceptions:

  • Custom engraved products: Non-returnable.

  • Furniture (e.g., tables/chairs): Returnable within 14 days if unopened. Assembled items are non-returnable.

– Processing Times:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Klarna: 7–10 business days

– Deductions:

  • 15% restocking fee if packaging missing

  • Exchange rate fees for non-EUR refunds

Non-returnable items: clearance items, misuse damage, opened bedding products.
