1. Accepted Payment Methods

💡 Currency Note: All transactions are charged in EUR. Non-EUR payments will be converted at your bank’s exchange rate.

• SCA (Strong Customer Authentication): Required for all EU/EEA transactions over €30
• Fraud Prevention: Transactions screened by Signifyd AI system (reject rate <0.2%)

• Method: Refunds issued to original payment account
• Timeline:
  → Cards/PayPal: 3-5 business days
  → Klarna/SEPA: 5-10 business days
• Note: Bank fees for international refunds (outside SEPA) may be deducted

If payment fails despite sufficient funds:

1. Contact your bank to approve “Cross-Border EUR Transaction”
2. Whitelist our payment gateway IP: 185.203.241.0/22
